Roller banners are the portable sign for exhibitions, receptions, events and shop floors. They roll down into their own base and pull up in seconds.

Designing for a roller banner

People read a roller banner from top to bottom in a few seconds. Put your name and the main message in the top third, a picture in the middle, and contact details at chest height. The bottom part sits close to the floor and is often hidden, so leave it plain.

Quantities and price

Order any number from 1 to 10, then 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 or 99 of the same design. Prices are live on this page, and the price per banner falls as you order more, useful for a team with several sites or reps.

Artwork, production and delivery

Add your print-ready artwork as you order. A person looks over each file before printing. If an image is too soft for the size you chose, upload a sharper one, send it later, or choose design help at checkout.

Allow 6 working days of Saver production after your artwork is confirmed, plus delivery. Faster speeds may be offered on the page, but we do not offer next day or same day, so plan ahead for event dates.

One delivery charge of £7.95 covers the basket on the UK mainland, and it drops to nothing at £100 of goods. Highlands mainland addresses add £10, and Northern Ireland and island addresses get a quote before payment.

Quick answers about roller banners.

What is the difference between Budget, Standard Plus and Premium?

They are three grades of roller stand, the cassette base the graphic rolls into. The grade you pick sets the price and build of the stand.

What size is a standard roller banner?

850mm x 2000mm is the most common size. The range runs from 800mm to 1500mm wide, all 2000mm tall.

What does blockout mean?

Blockout PVC has a layer that stops light from behind showing through, so the graphic stays solid in front of windows and bright lights.

Where should the main message go?

In the top third, at eye level. The bottom of a roller banner is often hidden by tables or people.

How many can I order?

1 to 99 of one design: any number from 1 to 10, then 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 or 99.

How long do roller banners take?
