Party banners: sizes and where they fit
Pick the size by where the banner will hang, then measure that spot before you order.
| Size group | Sizes | Where it works |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 4ft x 2ft, 1.5m x 0.5m, 2m x 0.5m | A front door, a buffet table, a pub function room |
| Medium | 1.5m x 1m, 6ft x 3ft, 2m x 1m, 8ft x 3ft | A garden fence, a hall wall, the back of a stage |
| Long | 10ft x 3ft, 8ft x 4ft, 3m x 1m, 4m x 1m | The front of a house, a balcony rail, a long bar |
| Large | 3m x 1.5m, 3m x 2m | A marquee wall, a sports hall, a large club room |
Welcome home, congratulations and retirement banners
Party banners do the welcoming before anyone speaks. Families order welcome home banners for the airport return or a new baby, offices order retirement banners with a photo from the person's first week, and clubs order congratulations banners for a promotion or a cup run.
- The reason for the party in the biggest words
- Names, and a photo where it helps
- A date or a year if the banner will be kept
- Your club, team or company logo for a works do
Material, eyelets and fixings
Every banner is 440gsm PVC, a heavy, smooth banner material for indoors and outdoors. Choose plastic eyelets for lighter use or metal for banners that stay up outdoors, hemmed edges for a stronger edge, and a bag or two of cable ties to fix it.
How many party banners, and the price
Order any number from 1 to 10, then 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 or 99 of the same design. Prices for every size and option are worked out live on this page, and the cost of each banner usually falls as the quantity rises.
Artwork, production and delivery
Upload your print-ready artwork when you order. Every upload is checked automatically before it prints; if a photo or logo is too small for the size, you can upload a better file, send it later, add File check (£4.99) or add design help at checkout.
Saver production takes 6 working days once your order and artwork are confirmed, and faster speeds may be offered on the page. We do not promise next day or same day party banners, so order with a week or two in hand for a fixed date.
UK mainland delivery is £7.95 per basket, not per item, and free once your goods total £100 or more. Highlands mainland addresses add £10, and Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted before you pay.

Questions
Quick answers about party banners, printed to your design.
What sizes do party banners come in?
13 sizes: 4ft x 2ft, 1.5m x 0.5m, 2m x 0.5m, 1.5m x 1m, 6ft x 3ft, 2m x 1m, 8ft x 3ft, 10ft x 3ft, 8ft x 4ft, 3m x 1m, 4m x 1m, 3m x 1.5m and 3m x 2m. The table on this page shows where each size works.
Can I order a welcome home banner?
Yes. Design it with the name and message you want, upload it when you order and pick a size that fits the front of the house or the arrivals spot.
Do you print retirement banners with a photo?
Yes. Add the photo to your artwork. Send the original file rather than a copy from a messaging app, so it stays sharp when printed large.
Can party banners go outside?
Yes. They are printed on 440gsm PVC with eyelets, so they can be tied to a fence or railing outdoors. Choose metal eyelets for a banner that stays up a long time.
How long do party banners take?
Saver production takes 6 working days after your artwork is confirmed, then delivery. Faster speeds may be offered on the page; we do not promise next day.
How much is delivery?
UK mainland delivery is £7.95 per basket, free when your goods total £100 or more. Highlands mainland addresses add £10; Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted first.
What if my artwork is not good enough to print?
Every upload gets an automatic check, and File check (£4.99) adds a person. If it is too low in resolution you can upload a better file, send it later, pay for a file check, or add our artwork and design service.

Review Party Banners
How we handle reviews
Only people who bought the product can review it. Each review is checked against a real order and marked "Verified owner".
We publish every genuine review, good or bad, exactly as it was written. We never edit reviews or choose which ones to show. The only reviews we hold back are spam, abuse, or ones that include personal details like a phone number or email address.
The star rating is the average of every published review. We never pay for reviews or give discounts or gifts in return for them.
Reviews show the reviewer's first name and initial. To have your own review taken down, contact us.
