Overview

A PPE Must Be Worn Site Banner reminds everyone entering the site that personal protective equipment is needed beyond this point. It is printed in full colour, single sided, on 260gsm mesh or 440gsm PVC (hemmed, with eyelets), in 3 ready sizes up to a full Heras panel or any size from 0.5m to 3.5m wide and 0.3m to 2m high.

Where a PPE Must Be Worn Site Banner goes

Use it on site entrances, gates and the route from the car park. Visitors, delivery drivers and new starters read it as they arrive, before they reach the work.

Sizes for gates, fences and Heras panels

Pick a ready size or type in your own width and height.

Size	Where it fits
1.2m x 0.8m	Gates, railings and site cabins
2m x 1m	Fence runs and site entrances
3.3m x 1.8m (Heras panel)	One full Heras fence panel
Custom	Any size from 0.5m to 3.5m wide and 0.3m to 2m high

PVC or mesh for a site banner

Choose by how exposed the fence is.

260gsm mesh: lets wind pass through, so it suits open sites and Heras fencing in the weather.
440gsm PVC (hemmed, with eyelets): solid, bold print for sheltered fences, hoardings and gates.

Wording and artwork

The message is short on purpose: PPE Must Be Worn reads from a distance in large type. Upload your print-ready artwork when you order, or add design help at checkout and we set the wording, with your company name or logo if you want it. Every upload is checked automatically before print.

Signs on site are part of how you manage it, so place them where your own site plan and risk assessment say they are needed.

Production and delivery

Saver production is 7 working days from confirmed artwork; the page may offer faster speeds. There is no next day promise here, so if the site banners are for a set date, order early and pick the speed that fits.

Delivery to the UK mainland costs £7.95 for the whole basket and nothing when the goods come to £100 or more. Highlands mainland addresses add £10; Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted first.

Questions

Quick answers about ppe must be worn site banner.

What size ppe must be worn banner fits a Heras fence?

The 3.3m x 1.8m (Heras panel) size covers one standard Heras panel. For gates and railings, 1.2m x 0.8m is the better fit, or type in your own size.

Should I choose PVC or mesh?

Mesh lets wind through and suits exposed fences and Heras panels. PVC gives a solid, bold print on sheltered fences and gates.

Can you add our company name or logo?

Yes. Include it in your artwork, or add design help at checkout and send your logo.

How is it fixed?

Tie it through the eyelets with cable ties onto the fence or panel, pulling each tie snug so the banner sits flat.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, any width and height from 0.5m to 3.5m wide and 0.3m to 2m high.

How long do site banners take?

Saver production takes 7 working days after your artwork is confirmed, then delivery. Faster speeds may be offered on the page; we do not promise next day.

How much is delivery?

UK mainland delivery is £7.95 per basket, free when your goods total £100 or more. Highlands mainland addresses add £10; Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted first.
