At an outdoor event everyone has a gazebo; a printed one is how people find yours. A branded canopy and walls make a stall look established, carry your name over a crowd and give shelter from rain and sun.
Frame and fabric
Our gazebos use 40 mm multi-ribbed hexagonal aluminium legs with a silver finish and reinforced nylon connectors. They put up without tools and the height adjusts. Canopy and walls are 600 denier PU-coated polyester, water and UV resistant, printed by dye sublimation so the colour is in the fabric rather than on it. Guy ropes, pegs and a wheeled carry case are included.
Sizes
- 3 x 3 m: the standard stall size for markets, food stalls and clubs.
- 4.5 x 3 m: a longer front for demonstrations and serving.
- 6 x 3 m: big events, hospitality and team areas.
Choosing walls
Each side can have no wall, a half wall or a full wall. Full walls give shelter and the biggest print area. Half walls are counter height, keeping the side open for serving while still showing your brand. Walls are printed on one side, or on both sides so the brand reads from inside too.
Wind and safety
The guide wind rating is 13-18 mph (20-30 km/h). Peg and guy every gazebo; on hard standing use leg weights. Take it down if the wind rises above the rating. Event organisers often ask for weights per leg, so check their rules.
Printed parasols
A 1.8 m garden parasol with a printed coated polyester canopy, an 8-rib steel frame, a tilting ball-and-socket joint and a lock that holds it level. Use it on pub and cafe tables with a 20 litre water-fill base.
Lead time and artwork
Gazebos are printed to order: allow 12-15 working days from artwork approval, then delivery. We provide templates for the canopy and each wall so logos land in the right place.
Permission
A gazebo on a public pavement or in a market needs the council's or the market operator's permission. Rules differ between councils and between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, so check with your local council before you put anything on a public pavement.

Most of these displays need something printed inside them. We also print banners, flags: PVC banners, mesh banners, printed flags, roller banners and café barrier banners. Order the display and the print together and they arrive ready to use.

What size gazebo is best for a market stall?
3 x 3 m fits most market pitches. Check your pitch size with the organiser before ordering a larger one.
How long does a printed gazebo take?
About 12-15 working days from artwork approval, then delivery.
Can I print on the walls as well as the canopy?
Yes, every wall you choose is printed, on one side or both.
Is the gazebo waterproof?
The 600D PU-coated polyester is water resistant and fine in rain; it is a temporary shelter, not a tent.
Do I need weights?
On grass, peg and guy it. On hard ground use leg weights, at least one per leg, and more in exposed spots.
Is the parasol base included?
No, add the 20 litre water-fill base or use an existing base that fits the pole.
