Upload your artwork when you order. Every file gets an automatic check of size and resolution, and a file that would print blurry is flagged before you pay. If you would like a person to look over the file, add File Check (£4.99); if you have no artwork, our design service can set it up for you. We usually dispatch in about 15 working days, then it travels by courier to UK addresses; delivery is charged at our standard rates shown in the basket. This is a large item, so it may arrive on a pallet or in more than one box.

Can I put my logo on the canopy and walls?
Yes, the canopy and every wall you choose are printed full colour from your artwork. We send a template for each panel so the logo lands where you want it.
What wind can a gazebo take?
The maker gives a guide wind rating of 13-18 mph (20-30 km/h). Always peg and guy it, add leg weights on hard ground, and take it down if the wind picks up.
Half wall or full wall?
Full walls close a side completely, for shelter and a big print area. Half walls are counter height, so they show your brand while leaving the side open for serving or chatting to customers.
Is it cheaper to order more?
Yes. The unit price drops at 2, 3, 4, 5 units, and the price table on this page shows the total for each quantity. For more than 5 or deliveries to several addresses, ask us for a quote.
How long does it take?
We usually dispatch in about 15 working days from your order and artwork approval, then courier delivery takes a further day or two to most UK mainland addresses.
What artwork do I need?
A print-ready PDF or high-resolution image at the size of the printed area, with 3 mm bleed where the print runs to the edge. Uploads get an automatic size and resolution check; add File Check (£4.99) for a person to review it, or use our design service.
Can you supply a custom size, shape or colour?
Often yes, usually as a made-to-order run with a minimum quantity. Send us the details through the quote form or WhatsApp and we will check what is possible and price it.
How do I order?
